Our alumn Mr. Phat Loc has agreed to run a VBA/Excel workshop for Baruch MFE students. It will be on Sunday Jan 21, 10am (tentatively). The workshop will run several hours.
Phat has already posted several files which he will be using for the workshop. Please download and install them prior to the workshop. The link is http://www.quantnet.org/forum/showpost.php?p=6217&postcount=30

Although I'm not a Baruch MFE student, I am a Baruch student. Could I still be permitted to attend this workshop?

Yes, you can attend the workshop. We not only serve Baruch MFE students, but also the quantitative finance community at large. Look for other workshops, talks organized by Quantnet.

Hi, anyone has the problem in openning one of Phat Loc's zipped files ?? maybe I need to install sth ??:)

Hi everyone,
Here is the latest update: we will meet in the computer lab (6-165) at 10am tomorrow. This is the room we used for C++ course last semester so you do not have to bring your laptop.

Prof. Stefanica is back in NY and will be at school on Sunday.

Thank you, Phat. The workshop today was a very good introduction to VBA in Excel. I think you did a very good job explaining everything.
