Would the following procedure work for you: whenever there is a need for flyer posting, you print out the flyers and give it to Chris. Chris will then distribute to the students. We have 34 students in our class and every single one will step up if any kind of help is needed. Ideally, Chris will rotate among helpers.

We are a very enthusiastic bunch and willing to do whatever is needed of us. The only problem is we are very shy about taking credits all the time so asking for volunteer every other week is not gonna work very well :D .

Besides flyers posting, we can do virtual posting on Baruch's newspaper.
