Vice President: Investment Mgmt - Pricing Analysis & Strategies
•The Pricing Analysis and Strategies Group is focused on enhancing and driving a disciplined institutional pricing process for fixed fees and performance fees through significant daily interaction with business leaders across IMD who are located around the globe and are involved in business development efforts, including members of Portfolio Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Client Service, Information Technology, Risk & Performance, and Operations, as well as participating in discussions directly with clients.

Principal Responsibilities
• The PAS team concentrates its efforts in three primary areas, all of which include the identification of opportunities for process improvements and technology automation initiatives.
1.Enhance and improve pricing effectiveness through influencing and optimizing of both fixed fee and performance fee pricing.
-Provide product and sales teams with pricing analytics comparative to standard pricing and to existing clients, with recognition of competitor pricing levels.
-Build and strengthen analytical pricing models and tools.
-Develop and leverage internal websites in order to achieve an efficient pricing process.
-Track and report pricing effectiveness.
2. Provide a centralized resource for all aspects of IMD's performance fees (PF).
-Facilitate responses to client inquiries related to new performance fee proposals, including negotiating and closing of new PF business.
-Analyze economics of alternative PF structures for new business opportunities and propose viable options to the product and sales teams.
-Optimize PF methodologies, language, and vesting dates in Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and Offering Memoranda (OMs).
-Create monthly PF projection metrics packages for senior management including VaR analysis and plus & minus one sigma scenarios.
-Calculate actual PFs upon vesting for Client invoicing
